Baton Rouge Halloween Festivities
October 26th – Join us for the first Spook N Rowe – a family-friendly Halloween event! Children are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes to enjoy a safe environment of trick-or-treating down the Rowe!
Children’s costume contests, face painting, Cupcake Allie food truck, pumpkin painting with Baton Rouge Moms, balloon animals and more!!

October 29th – Join Baton Rouge Moms at Mall of Louisiana for Boo on the Boulevard from 2pm-4pm. Baton Rouge Moms will be hosting take-home crafts with the kids and filling bags with tricks or treats! Come enjoy games and Trick or Treating on the Boulevard. *****Bring a canned good for the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank and receive a free carousel ride!*****
